Privacy Policy

This website has no accounts, contact forms, or newsletter signups, so we don't ask you for personal information. We collect information in two ways:

• Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics service record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you.
• When you email us. If you email hello@tamartin.studio or newbiz@tamartin.studio, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include.

We use visit information to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it. We use emails you send to reply to you, discuss potential projects, and keep normal business records.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We use Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser to measure site traffic. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without cookies.

Some parts of the site are delivered by other companies, which may receive your IP address and browser information when you visit:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (privacy policy).
• Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces (privacy policy).
• X (formerly Twitter) provides the embedded posts shown on some project pages (privacy policy).

The site also links to other websites, such as social media profiles and client sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.

Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings and then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to respond, carry out any project, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

You can browse the site without giving us any personal information, and you can limit analytics with the cookie options above. If you've emailed us and want to see, correct, or delete what you sent, email hello@tamartin.studio and we'll honor your request where the law allows.

This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Athletes under 18 who are interested in branding should have a parent or guardian contact us.

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
