For nearly two decades, T/A Martin Studio has been providing a range of services to clients helping them better define who they are, clarify what they or their products do, as well as inform their intended audiences why they matter by engaging their consumers with thought-provoking visual narratives and digital experiences.
Early in its existence, the studio's Principal made a conscious decision to remain lean in order to provide an intimate consulting experience. Although independently operated, T/A Martin Studio possesses a flexible ability to scale and custom-tailor multidisciplinary teams by leveraging a trusted network of specialized associates developed over the Principal's two decades in the global sport business and creative industries.
A broad scope of clients have included athletes, professional sports organizations and leagues, sports media companies, collegiate sports properties and conferences, high school and college athletic departments, consumer and lifestyle brands, tech startups, and advertising agencies.
Unfortunately, due to the contractual nature of the sports and entertainment industries, much of the firm's projects are private and not available for public viewing.
After earning a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Eastern Kentucky University ('05), Adam Martin started his career as a graphic designer at the legacy collegiate sports marketing firm, Host Communications, working with many prominent college athletics organizations. In 2006, he left HOST to focus on independent consulting, bringing digitally-driven design, creative direction, and strategy to clients in sports.
For two decades, Adam has designed award-winning work and has become a respected voice in sports design and marketing through his former podcast and media brand, Makers of Sport®. Though his work is mostly known in the sports industry, he and his partners also have experience in consumer brands, food & beverage, higher education, tech, healthcare, automotive, nonprofits, weather, and industrial industries.
While Adam continues to consult with clients on a selective basis, in 2022, he joined the sports media startup Overtime in order to lead their digital product design team; an endeavor he continues as the $500m company's Senior Manager of Digital Product Design.
Adam resides near Lexington, KY with wife, three kids, and Australian Shepherd.
